My name is Olympia F. Boyce, also known as Ms. Lady O. I am an author, Women’s Empowerment Coach, podcast host, and founder of Lady O Enterprises LLC. My work is rooted in helping women lead themselves with clarity, confidence, and conviction, both personally and professionally.

I support women who are ready to break cycles, challenge limiting beliefs, and move beyond self-sabotage. Through coaching, conversation, and reflection, I help women strengthen their self-awareness, build healthy relationships, and own their identity without apology. My approach is intentional, reflective, and grounded in real life experience, not performance or pressure.

As the voice behind the Coming Out of the Dark Podcast and Lady O Broadcasting, I create spaces for honest dialogue, healing conversations, and personal growth. Whether through podcasting, intimate reflections, or conversations with women navigating transition, my goal is to offer a place where women can pause, process, and realign with who they are becoming.

Through EmpowerHer Coaching and HR Consulting, I also support women and organizations at the intersection of leadership, career development, and purpose. I believe empowered leadership begins with self-leadership, and when women learn how to think critically, communicate clearly, and trust their inner knowing, they create impact that extends far beyond themselves.
